We want you to love your purchase but on the off chance that you need a return or exchange, we are happy to help.

We inspect each product when it comes into our warehouse and check it over to make sure there is no damage before it ships to you. We have images on file of what each one of your product and shipment looks like before it goes out the door to you.

We ask that you check your shipment once it gets to you.

IF YOU FIND YOUR PRODUCT DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT:

  1. Please take pictures of the damage to the container as well as the product. You can text the images to the name and number of the DTA representative that is on your shipping label WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT.

  2. We will pay for you to return the item to us for a refund or an exchange.

DECIDED YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Feel free to return the product(s) for either a return or a store credit.

  1. Please contact us to let us know why you are not satisfied WITHIN ONE WEEK of receiving your shipment.

  2. You can choose between a refund (less a re-stock fee of 30%) or a store credit.

  3. Item(s) will need to be shipped back to DTA unused, in its original package, at your cost.

Please know that there will NOT be refunds given on shipping or training costs.

Please allow up to 30 days for return of refund.
